Orville Dyce, MD, is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained otolaryngologist who’s been in private practice since 2003. At Black Creek Medical Consultants, Dr. Dyce shares his expertise and skill in treating sinus and allergies, thyroid and vestibular disorders, and other ENT conditions with the women, men, and children in Hartsville, South Carolina.

Dr. Dyce received his bachelor’s degree in arts and sciences from the prestigious Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, in 1992. By 1997, he’d earned his medical doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia.

Pursuing his interest in disorders of the head, neck, ear, nose, and throat, Dr. Dyce performed his internship and surgical residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. His training encompassed extensive training in facial plastic surgery and aesthetic therapies. He completed a fellowship at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Dyce prides himself in staying up-to-date with the latest medical technology and in providing his patients with cutting-edge, in-house diagnostic and treatment modalities. He recently added anti-aging and aesthetic therapies to the extensive services offered at Black Creek Medical Consultants to help address the signs and symptoms of aging. Dr. Dyce is affiliated with a number of regional hospitals including Wesmark Surgical Center, Palmetto Surgical Center, Mcleod Health Cheraw, and Mcleod Regional Medical Center.

Dr Leroy F Fitzgerald, MD Gynecologist
Leroy F. Robinson, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with more than 30 years of experience providing comprehensive women’s healthcare. At Black Creek Medical Consultants and The Modern Medical Spa, Dr. Robinson specializes in women’s reproductive health, prenatal care, gynecological surgery, breast biopsies, colposcopy, and IUD placement. Known for his compassionate approach and commitment to patient education, he works closely with each patient to ensure they feel informed, empowered, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
Dr. Robinson earned his undergraduate degree from Wofford College before receiving his medical doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Richland Memorial Hospital, where he served as Administrative Chief Resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His extensive training and decades of clinical experience have made him a trusted provider for women throughout the Pee Dee region.
Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1996, Dr. Robinson is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. He is recognized for his attentive listening, thorough examinations, and exceptional bedside manner, and he remains dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care while staying current with advancements in women’s health.
A Hartsville resident for more than 30 years, Dr. Robinson is deeply committed to serving his community both inside and outside the exam room. He has served as Board President of the YMCA, spent more than a decade on the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Alumni Board, and currently serves as a Trustee for Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center and Coker University. His dedication to healthcare, leadership, and community service continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of patients and families throughout the region.
Andrea Trader, NP
Mrs. Trader is a dedicated family practice provider who has proudly served the citizens of Hartsville, South Carolina, for more than 20 years. At Black Creek Medical Consultants, she is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages while building lasting relationships within the community she has called home her entire life.
A Hartsville native, Mrs. Trader earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University before completing her Master of Science degree at Georgia State University. Her passion for medicine has been a lifelong calling, inspiring her to continually expand her knowledge and expertise throughout her career.
Mrs. Trader believes that learning is a two-way process and values the insights she gains from both her patients and fellow healthcare providers. She is dedicated to staying current with advancements in healthcare and providing personalized, patient-centered treatment that meets the unique needs of every individual she serves.
When she is not caring for patients, Mrs. Trader enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and cheering on her beloved Clemson Tigers. She looks forward to continuing to serve the Hartsville community and welcoming new patients to Black Creek Medical Consultants.
